Some of your questions answered
Are you digital?
Yes. We switched from film to digital five years ago and have found that with vast improvements in digital technology we are able to provide very high quality images that rival those of traditional film cameras.
Are you a qualified photographer?
Yes, the following have been awarded by the Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers and British Professional Photographers Association.

What is your photographic style?
Weddings should be fun, so we will capture all the elements of your day, from snatched moments in time, to the more formal posed shots, with minute detail in between. We will provide you with a complete record of your day leaving the final choice of album photographs to you.
Do you print your own album photographs?
No. The images that go into the finished album are printed by a professional photographic laboratory using the highest quality archival paper.
Do you offer a digital option in your packages?
Yes, we can take the images and supply them on DVD for you to print your own images.
Why do you offer a complimentary engagement portrait?
Offering this popular service is a great way of getting to know the bride and groom before the big day and helping them to feel relaxed in front of the camera.
How many images do you take on the day?
It is difficult to predict the exact amount of images and this will be dependent on the wedding party size and conditions on the day. Approximately 4-500 images is a good guide.
Who will photograph my wedding?
We personally will attend to photograph your wedding. Depending on the package and size of the wedding party, my wife will attend to assist as a second photographer.
How long should we allow for group and posed photographs?
The amount of time for these photographs will vary depending on your requirements and size of your wedding party, but we recommend that you allow at least 60 minutes. We will work to a pre-arranged list as quickly as possible and we would ask that an usher can be on hand to help gather groups together which will help speed up the process.
How do we see our photographs?
Within 2/3 weeks of your wedding you will receive a preview brochure or a low-resolution CD of your photographs. We will then arrange an appointment approximately two weeks later to go through your photographic selection and offer advice and guide you through this process if required.
How long will my album take?
Once you have made your selection, your album will be ready within approximately 4 to 8 weeks.
How will I receive my album?
You can arrange to collect your album from us or we can arrange for it to be delivered to you by courier ‘at cost’.
How do I book with you?
To secure your date a non-refundable booking fee of £200.00 is required which will be deducted from your final invoice.
